Seems a lemon was sold. Vehicle has been in their shop nearly more than the time it has been owned. Getting the run around. Sometimes lemons happen; do right by the customer and honor your values --make it right since the issues haven't been able to be fixed.

I recently visited Friendly Ford for some routine maintenance. I was able to get in the morning after I called. Ryan F in the service department was there early and got the process started right away. I stayed at the dealership while the work was being done and Ryan came and got me when it was finished. My experience was great; quick service, knowledgeable and communicative staff. I will definitely be returning in the future.

So geneva fords mobile service came to my house today to do my oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic was Ely Margiarelli. He was here a whole hour before it was setup. He was very fast and a all around good guy. Definitely give 5 stars for that. With my work schedule its hard for me to get up there so they Definitely worked with me on that.

Went in today with family to get pricing on a vehicle we were interested in. We were assisted by Jamie Swarthout, who did an amazing job, ultimately completing a purchase for my grandmother.
