Recently had a repair issue with our vehicle. Kyle Holden the service representative was very understanding and apologetic. Took our vehicle in the same day as it may have been a safety issue. Turned out it wasn't but was fixed promptly and efficiently. All were very professional. I have taken my vehicles here for a number of years now and would highly recommend their service department. Very courteous and proficient.

Friendly Ford and Geneva really took great care of me. I went there and bought a vehicle recently Ford Maverick and the service was exemplary. I also brought that vehicle back for its first service. I was extremely impressed with how quick and throw that it was completed so much so that I also brought my other Ford Bronco sport back two weeks later and had it serviced there And they did a phenomenal job.
We were down a vehicle and needed a specific truck to fill the need. Mr. Hulse diligently led the way to a proper solution to our needs. It was obvious that others were working with him behind the scenes to get the truck we needed in our hands. It was nice to see Friendly Ford put this together for us without a hitch. Service, knowledge and commitment not often seen today.

They did a good job in Geneva but Hamilton where I bought the truck the service department sucks not at all willing to work with you on pick up or loaner car good experience with the Geneva store. But wouldn't recommend Hamilton store for service to anyone
The Friendly Ford service department is awesome! They always accommodate my appointment requests and I regularly take my 2016 F-150 there for service. The garage has a large viewing window in the waiting area so you can watch the progress of your vehicle too. One of the service managers, Ben, has particularly good customer service skills. And while nothing is cheap these days, their service fees are the best in the Fingerlakes region. I trust this dealership and highly recommended them 👍🏻
Friendly Ford is a great place to buy a truck for car. I was pleased with their extensive inventory. Sales professional were respectful and attentive to my individual needs. The delivery process was flawless, everything went smooth. Friendly Ford has best service and sales in region, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Service writers and tecs are all trained via Ford Motor Company at a college level. Consumers will not get treated more fairly at any other dealership other than the Friendly automotive dealerships. These are not just words; I have experienced this level of professionalism at previous appointments.

We purchased a Ford Maverick hybrid that had to be ordered to get the features we wanted. The Friendly Ford sales person kept us appraised of the order process and delivery date. When the vehicle arrived on time Ford had increased the MSRP but the dealer honored the price agreed at the time the order was placed. The delivery and familiarization process was very complete and well done.
